NEW PATIENTS
New Patient? Start Here.
We make sure all our new patients feel welcome, safe, and taken care of. During your first visit, your clinician will review your goals and history.
Our team will then discuss and develop a plan that will suit your treatment goals. From there, you and your therapist will work together, leading you to healing. We typically schedule sessions weekly at a time that is most convenient for you.
Please complete the New Patient Form and email it to us before your visit. Get started by clicking on Book Now.
Evaluations
Our clinicians offer comprehensive evaluations to help you decide on the best course of action to further your healing journey or provide insight for legal-related concerns.
We do psychosocial evaluations that are 2 hours long, which will include a written evaluation and recommendations for treatment.
These evaluations can be used for legal purposes or for clients looking for guidance on the next steps in their addiction or trauma recovery.

Insurance
We are a self-pay practice and do not accept insurance. We are not an in-network provider with any insurance, nor do we work directly with insurance companies. Being a self-pay practice helps maintain privacy and quality care for our clients.
If you are an individual with a PPO plan, we can provide you (the client) with a superbill upon request, which you can self submit to your insurance provider. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, some services may be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
If you’d like to determine your benefits, these are a few questions you can ask your insurance provider:
Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
Does my plan cover psychotherapy and/or family therapy?
Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it, and have I met it yet?
Does my plan limit the amount of sessions I can have in a calendar year? If so, what is the limit?
Do I need written approval from my primary care physician for services to be covered?
Important information: Insurance companies require a formal diagnosis to apply for reimbursement. Moreover, your insurance company may ask for your therapy records. Since the majority of our clients desire a high level of privacy, this can be undesirable. We often find the client seeking our services doesn't meet the criteria for a formal diagnosis or is only experiencing situational mental health issues. The diagnosis would stay in your insurance records without the possibility to amend or change it, even after the circumstances in your life have improved. Self-pay provides the provision of services without the restrictions of insurance regulations, insurance adjusters, or their third-party adjusting agencies.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
- You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
- Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
- If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
- Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit No Surprises Act | CMS or call 800-985-3059.
